The product works, it dissolves glue very well. It requires patience and a steady hand to apply, you don't want to over saturate the lashes or make contact with your eye lids with the product. You need to leave the product on for a bit to let it work and then wipe/pull the extensions off. (It goes without saying but you'll be doing one eye at a time so that you can see what you are doing)The hardest part is keeping your eye closed all the time. I got impatient and as a result, got a little in my eye which stung pretty good.In summary, the product works as advertised when used properly. I give it a thumbs up.

This works great if you make a mistake or if you are ready for them to come off. It's gentle and doesn't make my eyes burn with the close contact.
